Detroit Brass Society

The Detroit Brass Society is a quintet that has been offering
great music for over 25 years. Bringing a unique approach to a variety
of musical styles, thier performances have been in demand on an almost
continual basis. The Touring Arts Bureau of the Michigan Council
for Arts recognizes and partially underwites the DBS on many sites, allowing
them to be heard throughout the state. In the Detroit area there
is hardly a concert series, town or church that has not been host to the
Detroit Brass Society, often on numerous occasions.
This concert is funded in part by Michigan
Council for Arts and
Cultural Affairs and Michigan Humanities Council.
